The Fountain South is the place to go for any special event! We offer a full range of services including DIY event packages to all-inclusive event packages, event and wedding planning, event design, event management, event coordination, and much more.


Imagine a private event in our outdoor event venue or indoor event halls. Our property features a huge outdoor gathering space with a lighted covered patio, an outdoor beverage bar, and an impressive indoor reception space. Our event packages got everything to make memorable events.

Our event packages:


Designing your own perfect event with our DIY event package.

Celebrate at our reception hall, and outdoor  venue.


  • Access to tables and chairs for up to 75 guests to be set up by the event host.

  • Two food tables

  • One gift table

  • And up to two cake tables

  • Use of vases and mirror chargers

Additional info:

  • Reservation for reception hall and grounds for 8 hours. (Preparation included)

  • 1 Hour of planning consultation included.

  • Rental of venue for up to 8 hours

Fees and additional amenities:

  • Linen table cloths for rent (basic white or black for $12 per tablecloth; Specialty linens $15 and up)

  • Setup services available for only $375


Event Package A - $5,100

We offer custom pricing for events outside of standard parameters 

Event Package A is our most affordable event package! Get decorated venue spaces based on your preferred style.

Celebrate at our reception hall, and outdoor venue. Our outdoor event space is ideal or cocktail hours, live entertainment, dining and so much more.

Event package A Inclusions:

  • Full access to the lighted covered patio with custom bar, lounge, and full use of adjoining grounds

  • Decorations
  • Tablecloths
  • Centerpieces
  • Charger plates and napkins (where applicable)
  • Photo backdrop/Balloon Garland

Additional info:

  • Reservation for reception hall and grounds for 8 hours. (Preparation included)

  • 1 Hour of design consultation included.

  • Reserve additional time @ $150 per hour

Event Package B - $6,995

Event Package B includes the venue with tables and chairs, table linens, decorative charger plates, centerpieces, balloon garland, and more!


  • Includes everything from package A, plus:

  • Catering for up to 75 guests catered by one of our preferred caterers

  • 4 menus to choose from

  • Displayed in elegant chafing dishes and beautiful serve ware

  • Buffet servers &  table bussing

Additional amenities:

  • Gold open back chairs $10 each

  • 6ft tall dessert or champagne glass stands $125 each

  • Additional tables $7 each

  • Additional tablecloths $15 each

  • Additional black chiavari chairs $5 each

  • Pair of gold pedestal tables w/white marble top $50 ​


You deserve our Deluxe Event Package. Avail everything in package B and get premium quality decorations


  • Specialty table linens for honoree's table and cake table

  • Decorative charger plates w/color coordinated linen napkins

  • Beautiful black chiavari chairs

  • Preferred Vendor DJ Services

  • Preferred Vendor Bartender Services

  • 1 hour Design and Event coordination consultation

Deluxe Event Package may not be discounted. When not using all preferred vendors, TFS may allocate resources towards décor or menu.  


You deserve our Platinum Event Package. Avail everything in the Deluxe package plus event planning, event design, and event management services and more.

Platinum Inclusions:

  • Premium linens on all tables

  • Real glass dishes can be added

  • Preferred DJ - up to 4hrs

  • Preferred Catering Services

  • Photo 360 Booth or Preferred Photography Services w/photo book or digital
